Which package is right for my home? +
It depends on the look you're going for — not just square footage. Festive Fall and Autumn Essentials are great for a simple, seasonal porch refresh. Neutrals Collection and Cornucopia work well for homeowners who want a fuller, designer-curated look — Cornucopia is our most popular pick. Grand Harvest is for larger porches or homeowners who want their property to make a real statement this fall. Still not sure?

Can you design a custom color palette? +
Yes — reach out before booking and we'll talk through your vision. Our Neutrals Collection is a curated all-white, blush, and grey palette for those who prefer a more refined aesthetic, but we're happy to discuss custom requests for any package.
Do I have to be home for installation? +
No — you don't need to be home. Just make sure your porch is accessible on your selected install week. We'll confirm your exact delivery day 48 hours in advance so you know when to expect us.
How far in advance should I book? +
As early as possible. Our install window is only five weeks (September 21 – October 19) and we limit the number of installs per neighborhood to keep quality high. Early bookers also get first pick of install weeks — Week 1 and Week 2 fill fastest.
Will my pumpkins hold up until Halloween? +
Real pumpkins are a natural, perishable product and Middle Tennessee fall weather varies year to year. Whole, uncarved pumpkins typically look great for 4–6 weeks, though depending on your install date you may see some natural wear by season's end. Occasional interest from local wildlife — squirrels, in particular — is also part of having a display outdoors. We select sturdy varieties and place them for airflow and stability to minimize both, but we can't guarantee freshness and condition through October 31 on every install date.
Do you offer removal? Where do the pumpkins go? +
Yes — removal is an optional add-on available for all five packages, with pricing that varies by package size. You'll select your removal week at checkout from available dates throughout November. When we haul your display away, the pumpkins don't go to a landfill — they go back to our local farm partner to feed livestock. Full circle, zero waste.
Do I need to be home for teardown? +
No — same as installation. Just keep your porch accessible on your selected removal week and we'll handle the rest. We'll confirm your exact removal day 48 hours in advance.
When does teardown happen? +
If you've added removal, you'll select your removal week at checkout from several available weeks throughout November. Teardown is scheduled completely independently from any other seasonal services, so there's no conflict with getting your holiday decorations up on your own schedule.
